Core Return Policy
Do you have a core that needs to be picked up?
We will schedule the pickup and send the appropriate paperwork to you!
Here are a few ways:

*If a customer returns the item themselves, without contacting Go Powertrain, they will be responsible for paying all of the freight. The customer will not be reimbursed for the cost of the freight if they do not contact Go Powertrain to return the unit.
Unit price does not include core charge. Core must be returned within thirty (30) days or you will be charged the value of the unreturned core. Please contact Go Powertrain to schedule your core return when it is ready for pickup. This applies to most U.S. customers. Outside of the U.S. a core charge will be evaluated as the core may not be cost effective to return back.
For core credit, the core must be...
- Returned in original packaging
- Fully assembled and to the same build level as the replacement part provided by Go Powertrain
- Visually remanufacturable
