Driving Together: A Year in Review with Go Powertrain
As the wheels of 2025 come to a steady stop, we find ourselves pulling over for a moment to look back at the road we've traveled. At Go Powertrain, our mission has always been about more than just shipping remanufactured engines and transmissions, it's about keeping you, your customers and your businesses moving forward.
Our growth and continued success are only possible because of the trust our customers place in us every day. From independent repair shops and transmission specialists to dealerships and fleet partners, you're the reason we continue to push harder, move faster and raise the bar across everything we do.
Trust Builds Growth
2025 was a landmark year for the Go Powertrain family. For the sixth consecutive year, we were honored to be named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America. We expanded inventory, strengthened our remanufacturing processes, improved logistics and turnaround times, and invested heavily in the systems and people that support our customers.
Growth in the powertrain industry doesn't happen by accident. it happens when customers trust that the parts they receive will install correctly, perform reliably and be backed by real support when it matters. That trust is something we take seriously, and it continues to guide every decision we make.
We've had the privilege of working alongside customers who know their craft, value quality and expect accountability from their suppliers.
Your feedback drives improvement. Your challenges help shape our solutions, and your success is ultimately how we measure our own.
Words from Our Team
Behind every order and every shipment is a team committed to doing things the right way. From sales and operations to technical support and logistics, our departments work together with one shared goal: keeping your business moving.
We asked our department heads to share a few words about how your feedback helps us improve, and what customers experience when they work with each department the first time.
Lea Ann - Controller - "Customer feedback helps us streamline our processes to ensure invoices are clear and the payment process is fast and easy. Our accounting department strives to provide customers with quick resolutions and top of the line service. Each customer is a person, not just an account number."
Mike - Director of Business Intelligence - "Customers are typically surprised to find themselves working with a sales team that picks up the phone on the second ring, follows through on their committments and has the right part at the right time. Feedback from customers drives everything from the types of units we stock, the website we've built and all the way to best practices shared with the rest of the aftermarket community."
Jake - Logistics Manager - "Customers are surprised by how simple we make the core return process. You call in the unit, print the BOLs and provide them to the driver. Any feedback we receive is essential to eliminating roadblocks to make the core return process as smooth as possible."
Paul - Warranty Manager - "Customers are most surprised by our ability to process claims with little delay. We work to get the question or problem figured out as soon as possible. The best feedback we get from customers is finding the issue and helping to create a resolution. This creates an internal technical library that allows us to process a same deal claim much faster next time. Anything we can do to make the process faster for the customer."
Frank - National Sales Manager - "As an Outside Sales Team, we strive to be the best possible business partner, and customer feedback helps reinforce and strengthen that partnership. We bring extensive knowledge and consistently demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile as a true business partner."
We are incredibly proud of the leadership team across our sales, technical support and logistic departments. Their commitment to transparency and integrity is what makes go Powertrain a leader in the powertrain industry.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we look to the future, one thing is certain: we're just getting started.
In 2026, Go Powertrain will continue expanding our remanufactured engine and transmission offerings, improving availability of hard-to-find powertrain components, and investing in technology and infrastructure that makes doing business with us easier and faster.
Just as importantly, we're excited to deepen relationships with our existing customers while welcoming new partners into the Go Powertrain network.
To every customer who trusted Go Powertrain this year; thank you for your business, your loyalty and the opportunity to earn your confidence day in and day out. We're proud of what we've built together, and even more excited about where we're headed next.
Thank you for choosing Go Powertrain. Here's to a successful 2026 and many more miles of partnership ahead.
Happy New Year!
